Boil 2 tbs of Cayenne pepper in 1 cup of water. Cool and add 2 tbs of sugar or honey and orange juice. Drink often.
 

Lemon Balm Tea: Boil one pint of water with one oz of lemon Balm. Infuse 15-20 min. Cool and strain. Sweeten with honey, lemon peel or sugar
